There are no shortage of ADHD books out there, but we really like this one: ADHD is Awesome: A Guide to (Mostly) Thriving with ADHD by Penn and Kim Holderness. The authors really nail the balance between the medical and psychological facts with a positive, humorous, strengths-based approach. It's true that they got their start with funny YouTube videos, but this book is well-researched and worth reading. Not a reader? It's also available as an audiobook on Spotify Premium.
